Working Together
Integral Coaching gives us the opportunity to understand what’s happening in your life and discover a way for you to meet it fully, perhaps in a new, curious way. Unlike therapy, which might focus us on the past, Integral Coaching calls on us to focus on the present and the future. For each client, I design a personalized development plan which may include practices, exercises, resources, and writing. Often after spending some time in these invitations, new awareness and insights come to life, supporting a new way of being in the world.
My areas of focus include challenges with anxiety, relationships, self esteem, grief, spirituality, and career and life transitions.
“I feel that the holistic work [Zoë and I] do together is literally rewiring my brain every time we meet. [Our] conversations pop into my mind and make a slow, yet impactful change in my lifestyle. It continues to be a worthwhile investment in changing how I show up for myself and others.”

FAQ
How often will we meet?
In the beginning, we will meet more often as I get to know you and design your personal development plan. I meet with most of my clients on a bi-weekly basis, and I am available via text, email or quick calls on the weeks we don’t meet. Some clients prefer the accountability and regularity of meeting every week. For most clients, the range of coaching is 10-12 sessions (3-6 months), yet for others, there is a desire for continued extended work.
How is Integral Coaching different from therapy?
This is a common question, because there are a lot of similarities. Therapy usually begins looking backwards, while Integral Coaching is interested in what is happening in the moment, using practices to support shifts in the present moment to encourage a new way of being. The approach of Integral Coaching is to the whole person.
What can I expect in the sessions?
First, we will have an intake session, after which I create your personal development plan. This may include somatic practices, writing reflections, resources and exercises. In continued coaching conversations, we may integrate practices in session, and we will revisit the plan and reflect on any insights, blocks or questions as the new way of being starts to live in you more over time.
Where will we meet?
I am seeing clients remotely via Zoom or in-person in Los Angeles.
