The Power of Integral Coaching

Integral Coaching approaches the whole being as the pathway to empowerment and integration.

This transformational technique is aligned and alive for me, as it is a beautiful marriage of professional coaching with my background in social work and therapy. I have felt firsthand the power of a supportive coaching container, and I feel honored to be able to hold space as a witness, support system, and partner.

I have had the privilege of seeing people’s lives transformed, deepened, and expanded by this kind of coaching work, and it continues to leave me in a state of astonishment and awe.

For me, working with clients is an intuitive, creative, inspiring process. I would love to support you to live more fully and thrive.

“Your problem is how you are going to spend this one and precious life you have been issued. Whether you're going to spend it trying to look good and creating the illusion that you have power over circumstances, or whether you are going to taste it, enjoy it and find out the truth about who you are.”

About Zoë

Zoë combines her lived experience with clinical expertise to create a space of healing and safety for her coaching clients. She continues to be inspired by the connection and expansion of 1-on-1 work.

When 2020 arrived with its many challenges: pandemic, lockdown, and social upheaval, for Zoë it also brought heartbreak with the death of her mother, for whom she was a caretaker through a long battle of cancer and lung disease. It was clear to Zoë that she needed more time in nature to grieve and heal than her busy life in LA could provide. She, along with her husband and three wonderful children heeded that call, and moved to Colorado. Spending more time outdoors with her family and dog gave her the space to experience deep healing and expansiveness.

As beautiful as that time was in Colorado, the children experienced new mental health struggles, so the family decided to relocate back to Los Angeles, where there were more specific resources available.

Being led through a number of dark places over the last several years illuminated for Zoë the depth of her spirit. Throughout this time navigating grief, parenthood, and significant changes, she was supported by skilled coaches and practitioners, who she credits with helping to see her through the toughest of times. It’s exactly this type of supportive container that she seeks to create for her clients, allowing for exploration, growth, and expansion.

Zoë has been holding space for others in all arenas throughout her life and career. She holds a Masters of Social Work from USC, and after graduation worked as a therapist for children, adults, and families. After becoming a mother, she left clinical work to focus on her roles on the boards of two social justice family foundations; including eleven years as board chair of the John M. Lloyd Foundation, which seeks to dismantle systems of mass incarceration in Los Angeles. Inspired after moving to Colorado, Zoe became a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, and has participated in advanced coaching training through Alethia.

She loves spending quality time with friends and family, exercising, going for walks on the beach, attempting jigsaw puzzles, reading fiction, eating delicious food, sleeping in (until 8 am!), lying in the grass, and dancing. She believes in the power of connection and the importance of supporting others in all facets of her life. For her, coaching is as natural an extension of herself as her other hobbies and interests, making her coaching approach truly holistic and, critically, relatable.

“Over the course of working together, Zoë has offered me relevant practices and frameworks to use in-between our coaching sessions that have deepened my self-knowledge, helped me connect more deeply with my inner guidance, and invited me to reframe challenges as opportunities and moments for curiosity…I deeply value the time spent working with Zoë and the progress she has helped me make in my life.”
