Supporting parents of neurodivergent children
Whether you’re wondering if your child could be neurodivergent, or have been navigating this path for years, you are in the right place. Raising neurodivergent children without the right support — especially for parents — can be overwhelming, isolating, and lead to burnout. Understanding and embracing neurodiversity is a process in and of itself, and it can be a powerful shift in perspective for the whole family.
Helping families thrive.
Family Coaching + Consulting
My mission is to help your family thrive by finding resources individualized to you. Through 1:1 support and consulting, I help parents and families better understand themselves and each other with a neuro-affirming lens.
Perhaps, you are not ready to have your child assessed yet, because you don’t want them to be treated any differently. Perhaps, your child has received a diagnosis that feels overwhelming or hard to accept. Maybe your feelings change every day — from anger, to grief, to feeling in over your head. Maybe you are paralyzed by all the services you have been told your child needs. Life as a parent may feel like a rollercoaster. Sometimes home life is smooth sailing, while other times feels chaotic, unpredictable, and unmanageable before the cycle repeats. I’m here to tell you that you are not alone.
My intention is to support and empower you in helping your child to successfully navigate the neurotypical world. From providing emotional and parenting support to coordinating and collaborating with trusted providers and beyond, I walk alongside you and your family through the highs and lows of this journey.
“Autism doesn’t come with an instruction guide. It comes with a family who will never give up.”
